On Site Check In Pick up media credentials at the MEDIA CHECK IN TENT at the festival, which is located off the Gay.com Plaza. Credentials are issued daily, and photo identification is requested. Check In Hours: Fri., July 4th: 5pm – 7pm Sat., July 5th: 11am – 1pm, & 5pm – 7pm Sun., July 6th: by request Credentials will NOT be issued to family members or media personnel not currently on assignment. NO BACKSTAGE ACCESS FOR MEDIA!
