All late entries (after June 2, 2008) will be placed at the end of the parade. The Parade order, staging setup, and all other necessary information will be mailed to all registered entrants by June 1, 2008. There is no fee to walk in the parade however you must be registered to be included in the line-up. All walkers who are not registered will be placed in the line up on July 6th at the parade site.

Note: Parade registration fees must be paid at time of application and are not refundable for any reason. There is no rain date for the parade. The parade participant acknowledges and agrees The Atlanta Pride Committee, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the parade for inclement weather or any other public safety concern which may present a hazard to any participant(s) or spectator(s), and such cancellation shall not cause a refund to be due for any fees paid.

All applications submitted after June 1st must be accompanied by certified bank funds, money order, cash, or credit card, standard checks cannot be accepted after this date. Applications are not considered complete without payment and signature.

DISCLAIMER: The Atlanta Pride Committee, Inc. hereby absolves any liability arising from use of floats in the Atlanta Pride Committee parade or any activities in association with APC. In accordance to City, State, and Federal Laws, no alcoholic beverages will be allowed during any portion of the Pride parade event on July 6, 2008. In addition, no person under the influence of alcohol or drugs shall be allowed to operate a motor vehicle during the Pride parade. APC reserves the right to remove, including but not limited to, any person, motorized or un-motorized vehicle, conveyance, float, or participant(s) for any activity deemed unsafe, violation of any rules contained herein, or action or inaction that may cause any delay to the progress of the parade. APC attempts to accommodate all requests for Parade placement, however Parade placement of participants is at the sole discretion of APC and such placements are final.
